In summer, we cook with a solar oven and/or with photovoltaic energy. In winter, breakfast and dinner are prepared on the wood stove. We use mostly local and 100% organic ingredients. The fruits and vegetables are from our garden and the eggs of our own chickens fed with organic wheat that we germinate them. Passionate about wild plants, we pick them and incorporate them in all our recipes. Finally, we also use seasonal products from local farms.
We can adapt our menus to be gluten-free and lactose-free. We also offer vegetarian meals.
Remember to book your evening meals at least 48 hours in advance!
