During the winter, the breakfast and dinner are prepared on the woodstove. We use mainly local and organic ingredients: fruits and vegetables from our garden and eggs from our own hens fed with organic grains; we also use in-season products from local farms. We make our own organic bread baking it in the community bake-oven.
We can adapt our menus to be gluten-free and lactose-free. We also offer vegetarian meals.
For lunch, we can prepare picnics to take with you.
Don’t forget to book your lunches and dinners at least 48 hours in advance!
